Went here just for a blood draw at their lab, so I cannot speak to the aspects of getting medical care, the doctors, etc. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, though it was confusing that she just sent me to the lab without checking me in (as far as I could tell); other clinics (not Park Nicollet clinics) I have to wait in the front waiting room til a nurse comes, but here I was just sent back to the lab, which had its own little waiting room. That was fine, just a bit confusing because I got no explanation of why I didn't get checked in at the front desk, get a slip of paper or sheet of stickers, etc.The lab tech was nice and friendly, and the blood draw went...read full review

I've been going to this clinic for years. Staff have always been nice and Jori Shore has always been an amazing practitioner. She has never made me feel pressured for time, always asks if there are other things I need, great listener and bedside manner.

I also just love this clinic! The people are wonderful, I could not appreciate them more. Both warm and knowledgeable, also human, relatable. The communication and team work, both within a single department as well as cross-department, is truly unique. I even think it'd be a great place to work, just a very positive atmosphere. Thx Park Nic, Eagan! You've sincerely changed my view on "going to the doctor".
