Richard provided a second opinion on a failed central air unit. That thorough and detailed second opinion allowed me to go back to the company that did the tune up two weeks ago armed with clear evidence that they made a mistake. Due to that information, they owned up to that mistake. Without Richard, we would be out thousands of dollars. He is kind, explains things clearly both verbally and in writing, and responds promptly.
