HIGHLY recommended. Used Riverside for replacement ductwork and duct cleaning. Richard and Tabitha were super friendly and did excellent work. You can tell Richard takes pride in doing good work, which is rare nowadays! He went above and beyond to get our duct system fully cleaned out and sanitized after buying a smoker’s house.
Richard provided a second opinion on a failed central air unit. That thorough and detailed second opinion allowed me to go back to the company that did the tune up two weeks ago armed with clear evidence that they made a mistake. Due to that information, they owned up to that mistake. Without Richard, we would be out thousands of dollars. He is kind, explains things clearly both verbally and in writing, and responds promptly. He is also a timely communicator which was a huge help in all this. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much Richard!!!
Riverside HVAC was recommended after our home inspection and we couldn’t be happier with their service! They got our system in tip top shape and went above and beyond before move in. From making an old HEPA system operational to cleaning out pet hair, dust, and mold; they did it all. So glad we found Richard and his team, high quality work all around!
