Poor installation. Did not measure exhaust vent pitch correctly before drilling holes in my house. Now rain gets into the exhaust and inside my furnace. 5 years later, I am still dealing with it. No resolution from Aaron or R&S.Service: Heating system installation

Poor installation work. Issues were not resolved correctly and still have water leaks 5 years later.
