Reed is this technician that’s come out each time. He’s quickly diagnosed the problems. I’ve been fortunate that none of them have required major repairs. He was able to repair my 25 year old units and keep them going for a little while longer until I’m ready to install new ones. One other big bonus with River Falls HVAC is that they do not charge a separate service fee. They only charge their time and materials.“
