After a thorough troubleshooting it was a quick fix for him. He also explained the issues and layout of the electrical grid of our place so I could understand it. I was expecting to pay way more than he charged. If I ever need electrical help, I know who to call. Thank you Steve.”

I ended up calling on their lunch break and they still arrived within an hour and even 10 minutes early. They got the job done in half an hour despite it being a somewhat weird situation, and communicated everything they did along the way.
