“I see a lot of negative reviews about home warranty services here so I felt compelled to share my experience with a warranty claim through HSA. AJ Moore came out, were courteous and did an inspection of the problem I described. The fix isn't a worn out part or improper wiring or anything that the warranty covers, it's a light controller that's incompatible with LED bulbs causing them to flicker...HSA's issue not the electrician. They still submitted a claim but told me it's unlikely to be covered. I asked for a quote to have them fix it and he provided one, but also told me a 100% safe work around, add 1 incandesce bulb in the fixture to increase power draw through the controller and then explained how to replace the controller diy if I still wanted to do it. Very reasonable and honest and it would be a simple diy project. For now putting the 1 incandescent bulb in the fixture stopped the other LEDs from flickering. Just like he said it would... Overall very happy with my service.“
