“I had Pete and Leighton out to trouble shoot a bathroom light fixture issue. I was also looking to do some upgrades to my electrical system and needed a new circuit installed as well and wanted an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised. The cost for the work done for bathroom light issue was completely reasonable. It ended up being a bad light switch. It cost almost half what another electrical company charged for replacing a different bad switch only a few months earlier.I discussed at length with Pete my concerns for my current electrical issues and upgrades. He put together estimates and recommendations that broke down each option that helped me prioritize my next steps. There was no hard sale or pressure. I had them upgrade the electrical panel, installation a new circuit and replace all devices (switched and sockets) in my home. They also checked all light fixtures wiring. They found many of my devices weren’t even grounded and were very shoddily installed. That is terrifying.They really made sure to give me the VIP treatment.I have had several other electricians in over the past year or so and Pete is the only electrician to show me his license, insurance and reviews.I have more work to be done and Pete (Twin Cities Electric) is the only company I will call.
