“Truly cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I worked with them from out of state, after I purchased some frames in Japan. When I got home nobody locally would put my lenses in them because they were designed a little differently. I found Division online and was able to ship them my frames to be serviced. Lisa was a breeze to work with and so friendly. After we first spoke I felt totally comfortable shipping these pretty expensive frames out. “We have been seeing Dr. Loerzel for many years as a family. She has been so patient with all of our needs. Our eyes are so important and she has our best interests at heart. We are in good hands..Her staff is great about explaining insurance coverages and are more than willing to help with all questions. At times they can be busy because they are located inside a busy Wal Mart store location, but this staff and care is worth the time and wait!“

The office in Plymouth was clean and everyone was very friendly. I ordered my contacts through them and they arrived very quickly. I did see an update that they requiring all patients to do the Optomap exam, which is not fully covered by insurance (I believe it's a $39 copay for patients 18+). While this may be beneficial, I do with there was an option to stick with the basic exam that is covered. Overall, I have had a good experience so far with Kennedy Vision!“
