I very much appreciated that this location was able to accommodate a same-day exam request as it's difficult for me to know when I will be able to have time off of work. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The doctor was quick, thorough and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour. I have always liked Shopko Optical and my experience at this newer location was similar to the experiences I've had in the past.

I called this Shopko and explained that my daughter needed another set of contacts for her softball tourney. Ty put me on hold for a few minutes and came back saying she had a pair for my daughter. Life savers!!!! I drove 20 minutes to get them! Thanks!!!!!

Great place to come to! When I first walked in, I was greeted by Cathy. She later helped me with finding a good fit glasses. Cathy adjusted my glasses when I came back to pick it up. They fit so nicely on me. I love it!My previous eye exam somewhere else wasn’t the best experience. But here, Dr. Aimee Violette was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was easy to talk to Dr. Violette because she listens to my concerns and was able to find a solution. I will definitely be coming back.
