“Minnetonka Construction did a phenomenal job replacing our home’s siding. We had an office visit for siding selection and a computer rendering, as well as saw prior jobs in our neighborhood. I was so glad we didn’t have to experience a hard sell pitch either. The crew was professional and tidy, though some minor damage to some plants can’t be avoided as we needed scaffolding for our house. Brad was attentive to every single question I had and gave me prompt responses. Due to the James Hardie siding, the pounding was hard and a window was broken. When I reached out, Brad immediately explained how they would replace it and immediately sent out a specialist. When I asked why it was taking longer than I expected, Brad explained that we had special solar treated glass and that it took longer to manufacture. They could have used a cheaper glass and we probably wouldn’t have noticed. When I thanked Brad for honoring the match of the glass, he said they prided themselves on doing the right thing. I could not be more impressed with how they handled it. There were other minor items that came up along the way, as is the case with any job, and Brad handled them all, immediately. I love my new James Hardie siding and the curve appeal it gives my home. So glad we worked with Minnetonka Construction and the quality of their work and how they handle what typically comes up with such a big job. Thank you Brad, you were awesome!“

“Steve Kuhl and his staff are real professionals. I recently had a squirrel problem in my attic. I called several mitigation companies who gave me ridiculous quotes. Kuhl had provided me a beautiful new roof a few years ago so I called Steve and he immediately sent out a great technician to assess the situation and provide a great solution. It is one thing to have a great new roof but even more important to know that you can rely on a company like Kuhl when follow up service is required. We highly recommend Kuhl for your roof or construction project.

“Diversified Drainage did a great job salvaging a horrible job that a landscaping company did on my grandmother's yard. The landscapers essentially turned her yard into a swamp and Mitch and his crew fixed it up nicely, just got back from helping her garden in what used to be a landscaping company induced swamp nightmare!

Mitch cares a lot about his company, if you have any issues let him know and he'll make it right.“

Brandon and his crew were polite, easy to work with and did exactly what they said they were going to do for the safety of our home.
The house had a radon level average of 7 when we bought it and the seller was not cooperative so I reached out to 3 radon mitigation services to get bids.
86 the Radon uses online information (Google Earth and real estate information) along with the answers you provide on a detailed webform to provide a bid - saving money in the end by eliminating multiple in-person trips for estimates, etc. It turns out they found the same information as the other two did by coming out to our house yet 86 The Radon came in $350 less due to virtual estimating and they performed the exact same work - in 3 hours onsite and one trip back to get the test equipment post-test. The system is the same, the time involved was less for me and I didn't have to take off work to meet someone for an estimate.
We had an external system ran due to our structure and it's fine! It blends in with the other utilities and we opted to paint the pvc ourselves to match our siding. EZ!
Our test results make me the happiest - down to BELOW 2!! I feel secure and our kids can play anywhere in the house w/out my concern, even in the basement TV room!
