86 The Radon is a reliable and professional business that specializes in radon mitigation. Customers appreciate Brandon and his team for their polite, easy-to-work-with attitude and their commitment to doing the job right. The company uses a smart approach by combining online information, such as Google Earth and real estate data, with detailed webforms to provide accurate bids without multiple in-person visits, saving time and money. In one case, they offered a bid that was $350 less than competitors while performing the same work, completing the installation in just three hours onsite and returning once to finalize the test equipment. They often install external systems that blend well with existing utilities, and customers can easily customize the appearance by painting PVC pipes to match their siding. The results are impressive, with radon levels reduced from an average of 7 to below 2, providing peace of mind and a safer environment for families and children. Customers also note the professionalism of the team, which helps ease concerns during stressful times. Overall, 86 The Radon is highly recommended for their efficient, affordable, and effective radon mitigation services, making homes safer and giving clients confidence in their work.
