I work for a property management company and we’ve used Diversifed Drainage on several projects now. We have used other outfits for drain tile work and ran into issues with quality and professionalism with previous contractors.Mitch and his team are great at coming up with cost effect solutions to our needs. The guys installing the drain tile are great, hard working guys that are easy to communicate with. In the rental properties they’ve worked at for us, they are very good at answering our residents questions and concerns. They are great at keeping areas safe and work efficiently. Perfect! Water detected while installing driveway. Contacted Mitch; got on the job immediately. Professional, courteous, very capable equipment and installers. Water was directed away from our garage and connected to the city system. AND, six months later a thank you gift at Christmas! Hire them; you will be happy. Jerry and Connie
