She's knowledgeable and capable but more importantly she's a very pleasant individual with a special talent for creating a comfortable, trusting and conversational environment to a customer challenged with the loss of hair due cancer treatments. I go to Great Clips at Clocktower Commons in Andover. I use the Check in method and it works great! I've been very lucky to get Jessica twice now and she has given me a great cut both times. The shop is very clean. They keep good notes for whomever will cut your hair the next time.
