Had my first ever haircut here (raised Pentecostal) and Joua was so kind and considerate. She listened to exactly what I wanted and kept checking in to make sure I was okay since she understood it was a big step for me. She used the reference pictures I brought in and chatted with me and my friend the whole time. I found Joua through a recommendation from an acquaintance on social media. During this time, I had recently had my hair dyed a light pink by another hairstylist, but it was not the best job done. I reached out to Joua via email to correct for my pink hair.Joua was very responsive and polite. She also made sure she understood what I was looking for. She had me send pictures prior and made it clear that it would take longer than the average booking.
