“Meg is absolutely outstanding. Last week I took my 92 year old grandmother in for a haircut. She had no idea what she wanted and Meg was so patient. Asking questions and just really spending a minute finding out what grandma wanted. My grandma doesn't get out a lot so it was a special event. Not just going to get a haircut quick but something special. Meg treated my grandma with so much dignity and respect and kindness. When they were done my grandma was over the moon happy. She felt so pretty and alive and like a real person again. We spent the rest of the day going into different stores and out to lunch and I could just see all day how pleased she was. It really was a special day and it all started at salon eleven with an absolutely top notch person named Meg. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart.That pic is at Michaels later in the day. After she had put her scarf on and off 5 times. She is incredible when it comes to nails, her prices are amazing and she is always willing to work with you to best fit your schedule and needs. I see her regularly every 3-4 weeks for fills and she does an incredible job everytime, making my nails look fabulous. She is also very friendly and inclusive.The location has a few chairs in the waiting area but it seems like people don't wait very long here. Along with being close to many other businesses, there is a stair path down to the river nearby which has covered and uncovered seating. A waiting spouse has a good amount of things to occupy the time with compared to a strip mall salon.“

“My hair cut was done by Becki Bosch, owner of the salon. But the whole staff there is pleasant and helpful. The energy or feeling I get when I walk in is peaceful, light and uplifting. Becki love, love, loves working with curly hair so she handled my hair very well. I had a gentle massage with my shampoo, and she was very attentive to what I wanted. She styled it just the way I like too. I really liked how she did what I asked and felt like we really clicked so I went back. She remembered how I liked my hair cut but asked if I still wanted it that way. Impressive. She also remembered some of what we talked about last time as she worked - you know, beauty chair chit chat. It was great! I like the products she uses too. I recommended her to my curly-haired daughter. I'll recommend her to everyone - straight or curly! I just love Becki and her staff and salon.“
