On Saturday morning an old water conditioner suddenly sprung a leak which I couldn't turn off. Unfortunately, the outside temperature was below zero and no one was immediately available as they were dealing other emergencies at that time.
Nonetheless, Steve was contacted and he arrived about an hour later. He removed the water conditioner which hadn't worked in years and repaired the water line. Steve was totally professional and did an expert job!

Jason did a great job installing a front entry and storm door. He came over and took some measurements to verify sizing before ordering from boeketts. He was open and honest about the twist in our framing but overcame those challenges and got it in properly. Overall our job came out to half of another quote we got with no sacrifice to quality. We will enjoy our new door! Would definitely recommend!

The second I walked through their doors for a consultation, they immediately stopped what they were doing, sat me down, and started carefully analyzing my hair. Not in a judgmental way. In a genuinely concerned, professional, ‘we need to figure out exactly what happened here before we touch anything’ kind of way.
You could instantly tell they cared about the integrity of my hair first and not just rushing me through another appointment. They actually WANTED to fix my hair right then and there, but because it was prom weekend, they didn’t have the proper amount of time they felt was necessary to safely and correctly do the correction. That alone spoke volumes to me because most salons would’ve just squeezed something in and hoped for the best. Instead, they prioritized doing it RIGHT.

I got my 2022 grand Cherokee front windows tinted and they did an amazing job. Brought it on a cold Thursday night and they pulled into their garage to keep it warm and safe. These folks definitely know what they are doing & all the right equipment to make short work of most any job! For us, they pieced down (3) large green ash trees & (3) even larger maple - stacked the brush - ground the stumps - and cleaned up like they owned the place, all in the space of a day! Losing these beautiful trees is painful enough. It's nice to see it happen in such a professional manner. Since everything they took down was close to the house or other outbuildings, it was nice knowing they were bonded and insured and had everything they needed to do it right! Sad part is..... We'll soon have more trees in trouble. At least we'll know who to call!
