“Our AC recently went out. I called for emergency service on a Sunday morning at 7:00 and my call was answered and a tech was at my house right away. Although he had to give me bad news that we needed a new unit I was very pleased with the level of service I was provided on a Sunday morning. Joel followed up with us on Monday to talk replacement options. He promptly came to our house to figure out what would work best for our home and put together a few options for us to look at. Joel was honest with me when I asked questions about a competitors quote and he gave me the facts I was asking for, he was a great resource in making our decision, walked us through the whole process and scheduled installation. The techs who installed our new AC and Furnace (ours was 23 years old, good time for a new one) did an outstanding job. There was nothing left to be desired with their craftsmanship. Every little detail was covered and it was clear to me that Day Plumbing as a company strives to give you the best service possible every step of the way.
