The second I walked through their doors for a consultation, they immediately stopped what they were doing, sat me down, and started carefully analyzing my hair. Not in a judgmental way. In a genuinely concerned, professional, ‘we need to figure out exactly what happened here before we touch anything’ kind of way. You could instantly tell they cared about the integrity of my hair first and not just rushing me through another appointment. They actually WANTED to fix my hair right then and there, but because it was prom weekend, they didn’t have the proper amount of time they felt was necessary to safely and correctly do the correction. That alone spoke volumes to me because most salons would’ve just squeezed something in and hoped for the best. Instead, they prioritized doing it RIGHT. They got me into the schedule as fast as possible, and the day of my appointment was honestly one of the most professional salon experiences I’ve ever witnessed. Before a single drop of color touched my hair, all three girls stood around me for over 20 minutes discussing my hair, analyzing the previous damage, comparing tones, placement, blending strategy, and building an actual emergency correction plan together to make sure EVERYONE was on the same page before moving forward.
