In a genuinely concerned, professional, ‘we need to figure out exactly what happened here before we touch anything’ kind of way. You could instantly tell they cared about the integrity of my hair first and not just rushing me through another appointment. They actually WANTED to fix my hair right then and there, but because it was prom weekend, they didn’t have the proper amount of time they felt was necessary to safely and correctly do the correction. That alone spoke volumes to me because most salons would’ve just squeezed something in and hoped for the best. Instead, they prioritized doing it RIGHT.
