While I opted to go to a different vet for my cat's health condition for the last few years due to differing treatment opinions, Willow Pet Hospital was absolutely wonderful when it came to the end.
I walked in at 8am with my cat for euthanasia and they were able to take care of us immediately with no appointment. (It was a rather sudden thing.) The staff was compassionate and caring and although they didn't know Wendy well, if at all, I felt like they loved her.
They made the process easy. It was peaceful. They handled her with love and care and pet her so softly as she went and allowed me all the time I needed with her.

First time visit. Dr. was thorough and really heard my concerns. Follow up, non emergency phone call after visit got an answer back from the Dr within 12 hours. I will be coming back.
