I see a lot of negative reviews about home warranty services here so I felt compelled to share my experience with a warranty claim through HSA. AJ Moore came out, were courteous and did an inspection of the problem I described. The fix isn't a worn out part or improper wiring or anything that the warranty covers, it's a light controller that's incompatible with LED bulbs causing them to flicker...HSA's issue not the electrician. They still submitted a claim but told me it's unlikely to be covered. Chris was dispatched through AHS to fix an outlet for a heating cable. It was a minor but difficult to solve issue and he stayed until he figured it out. This is the second AHS request I've had assigned to AJ Moore Electric and I've been happy with both technicians. The office staff was also very helpful in providing an updated arrival time so I could coordinate better with my work schedule

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Miller from AJ Moore Electric. Mike's exceptional service, patience, and deep knowledge truly set him apart.

Mike worked on a variety of electrical issues in my home, including fixing tripped outlets, checking the breakers, and checking the wiring of our chandelier. Each task was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. He took the time to explain ensuring that I understood the process every step of the way.
