When the roof was done, Elvis helped on getting a gutter flushed out so he and his crew went above and beyond what they needed to do and he also adjusted a couple gutter run offs. “Cedar Valley had replaced a roof for someone else in my neighborhood and noticed that I might have some damage from a recent hail storm. After inspecting the roof, they explained why it needed to be replaced and supported me through the process of justifying to my insurance company why the hail had caused the damage and required replacement. The crew did an excellent and quick job of replacing my house and shed roof with the highest quality materials. I am only not giving a full five stars due to some lapses in communication and the timeline between initial visit and the completion of the roof replacement. The quality of the work was excellent.“

“Was a pleasure to work with a company that has knowledgeable employees, Jon Trout was my contact throughout our roof replacement. he was professional explained the products that they use and how the entire process works from start to finish, he was a hands on guy that was at the job site the entire day in case I had questions. We received an e-mail before the job started to have yard mowed short for easier clean up, material placement location and delivery time, dump trailer placement so there was no confusion between us. Yard and landscaping was not damaged during our roof replacement, Best part I was never pressured throughout the entire process. I also had them install new gutters on the house after it was re-roofed and they are high quality and look great. I was in the building trade for 20 years and would highly recommend this company hands down.“

He gave us options came to our home a few times to triple check measurements and go over trim and color options with the installer. The install crew actually found warranty issues with a couple windows and took care of it all without us asking. Great service all around and excellent pricing. We got anderson series 100 windows for less than one other quote for off brand vinyl. Give them a chance before settling for some lesser product.“

“Tim is a wonderful guy who went above and beyond to help me. We are experiencing water damage in our garage and after many dead ends calling multiple companies, I was told to contact the company who did our roofing before we owned the home to see if it could be a warranty claim. I had incorrect information and thought it was Tyther when it was not. Nonetheless, Tim talked me through what the issue could be over the phone and was prompt about communicating. Even though he was confident it was not a roofing issue (nor their problem to fix, as they work with insurance claims) he still came to our house to look at the roof and determined it was a crack in the fireplace chimney. He took photos for me and described in detail what he thinks the issue is so I could pass the information on to a chimney repair company, saving me so much time and further headache.
