Our experience with CAP Flooring was overall, very good! The sales representative, Gillian, was very helpful, answering our questions in a timely manner. The installers, Jose and one other worker, did a fabulous job! We are very happy with the new bathroom tile floors!We would recommend CAP to our friends!

Carpet selection to installation was a breeze. Multiple samples brought into my home allowed me to narrow the high quality carpets in the actual place where they'd be installed. Large samples of the finalists were sent to me with time to select. The installation was seamless starting with the furniture move up to the end. The installers were pros and worked efficiently as a team. Will work with Cap Carpet and Flooring for future flooring needs. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service from the initial sales to final carpet installation. David and his crew were amazing at how quickly they removed the old carpeting, move a lot of heavy furniture, and installed the new carpet. The completed everything in 1/2 the time I thought it would take. Will definitely use Cap again!
