My tank storage water heater was leaking out the bottom. I called at 12:30 on Wednesday, talked to Sue, it was immediately clear she was well versed in the business and equipment. Nash came out at three, and we talked through replacement options. There was never pressure to purchase or an attempt to upsell, I was the one to guide the conversation into higher priced options. We talked through the cost, pros, and cons of the tank, tankless, and heat pump options available.

I opted for tankless, and John and Brandon installed a Navien NPE-240a2 today. They came in, did the work over about two hours, I paid them and they left. They never tried to sell me other services or a monthly subscription plan like the big franchises.

With my old water heater, the inlets, outlets, exhaust, and gas line were poorly placed and just kind of floating in the air. Now everything is cleaned up, they rerouted the gas line through the floor joists above and the water lines are anchored to wall in clean lines. In addition, they did an excellent job cleaning up, not a speck of PVC or dust was left behind.

For both appointments they provided exact times they would show up, not just vague five hour windows, for both appointments they were actually early and gave me a call to see if I was available to get started early.

The person who I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful.the dock is 30+ years old and the part that I picked up was the only issue that I know of in that time. The damage was from a winter wind storm that blew the ramp off from sitting on top of the dock.“

“We had a leak in our basement and had these guys come over to check it out. After investigating and walking all over the house trying to determine where the leak was we decided it made the most sense to hold off on breaking into walls to look at pipes and for us to be a little more conscious about water on the floor in bathrooms because based on the symptoms it didn't seem like an actual pipe leak. It was the right call because I later realized the leak had come from my kid dumping our cat's water bowl out And it made perfect sense with everything we had talked about while investigating where the water should be coming from to create the leak. We also had a toilet that wasn't flushing and he snaked that thing and fixed it. So overall it was a fine interaction. I'm sorry other people seem to have had bad ones but things were good here.“
