Mike came by for a whole list of projects we had - replacing/fixing multiple faucets, fixing a slow leak on our toilet, helping with our sump pump discharge… it was a long list. We had to reschedule once, and he was very communicative and considerate about it. Mike is a great plumber, very reasonably priced, and we will be asking for his services again!
We had a leak in our basement and had these guys come over to check it out. After investigating and walking all over the house trying to determine where the leak was we decided it made the most sense to hold off on breaking into walls to look at pipes and for us to be a little more conscious about water on the floor in bathrooms because based on the symptoms it didn't seem like an actual pipe leak. It was the right call because I later realized the leak had come from my kid dumping our cat's water bowl out And it made perfect sense with everything we had talked about while investigating where the water should be coming from to create the leak. I was surprised to see the 1 star reviews. Mike recently came out to fix a pipe that was leaking in our ceiling. He was on time, professional, and very personable. He did a fantastic job and was in and out in less than an hour. I'm very pleased with his service.Service: Plumbing services
