“We needed to replace our 16 year old gas water heater. I called around to a few places in the Twin Cites and nothing felt good talking on the phone. Some companies wouldn't even call me back. The very next morning they showed up, swapped out the old water heater and installed a brand new one in under an hour! The old water heater was taken away for recycling at no additional cost. “We had a leak in our basement and had these guys come over to check it out. After investigating and walking all over the house trying to determine where the leak was we decided it made the most sense to hold off on breaking into walls to look at pipes and for us to be a little more conscious about water on the floor in bathrooms because based on the symptoms it didn't seem like an actual pipe leak. It was the right call because I later realized the leak had come from my kid dumping our cat's water bowl out And it made perfect sense with everything we had talked about while investigating where the water should be coming from to create the leak. We also had a toilet that wasn't flushing and he snaked that thing and fixed it. So overall it was a fine interaction. I'm sorry other people seem to have had bad ones but things were good here.“
