“Dear Husnik, I'm writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Cory this past Saturday. It was 3:00 AM on a Saturday morning, and I discovered we had no water pressure. After checking that the power was on at both the house and the well, I went online to find a well service company. Although I always try to use local businesses, and I had emailed the last company that serviced our well a little over a year ago, I didn't receive a response even after calling and texting. So I decided to call around. When I called Husnik, Cory answered and confirmed he was on call. I explained the situation, including the previous repair from a year ago. We had water again in record time, which was a huge relief, especially since it was my wife's birthday, and we had family, including our grandkids, visiting. Not only did Cory identify the problem, but he also pointed out that the previous repair had overlooked the root cause, leading to two additional parts failing. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Thank you, Husnik, for your outstanding customer service, even on a weekend when most businesses are closed.“

“We needed to replace our 16 year old gas water heater. I called around to a few places in the Twin Cites and nothing felt good talking on the phone. Some companies wouldn't even call me back. I was told by a co-worker about Trowbridge Plumbing and so I gave them a call. Mike answered on the first ring, he was professional, kind, and thorough with what he was going to do. The very next morning they showed up, swapped out the old water heater and installed a brand new one in under an hour! The old water heater was taken away for recycling at no additional cost. “We had a leak in our basement and had these guys come over to check it out. After investigating and walking all over the house trying to determine where the leak was we decided it made the most sense to hold off on breaking into walls to look at pipes and for us to be a little more conscious about water on the floor in bathrooms because based on the symptoms it didn't seem like an actual pipe leak. It was the right call because I later realized the leak had come from my kid dumping our cat's water bowl out And it made perfect sense with everything we had talked about while investigating where the water should be coming from to create the leak. We also had a toilet that wasn't flushing and he snaked that thing and fixed it. So overall it was a fine interaction. I'm sorry other people seem to have had bad ones but things were good here.“
