“John, Jared, and Joe are an incredible team and completed the near impossible task of removing prior shoreline steel seawall and replacing it with a wood retaining wall combined with rock riprap. They did all their work in the middle of winter and obtained the required permit from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. The permit required a variance from the like-kind replacement rule and took about 9 months, 2 consulting engineers, and lots of sketches and drawings. They couldn't have obtained the permit unless the MCWD trusted them to play by the rules and do it right. The combined retaining wall and riprap was about 130 ft of shoreline. My family and I will be eternally greatfull to them!Services: Grass seeding“

“I’ve had Trio do two different landscaping projects for me and they have both turned out well. The staff worked with me to come up with a design that would work and then did the work without issue.

The first project was rocks and plants around the garage and house in order to make it look nicer and drain much better. The second project was replacing cement with paver stones for the walk leading to my garage. The paver stones have worked out exceptionally well and a number of the neighbors have commented on how nice they look. They are much easier to clear of snow than the cement was.

I am very satisfied with the work Trio has done and would hire them again.“
