“I’ve had Trio do two different landscaping projects for me and they have both turned out well. The staff worked with me to come up with a design that would work and then did the work without issue.

The first project was rocks and plants around the garage and house in order to make it look nicer and drain much better. The second project was replacing cement with paver stones for the walk leading to my garage. The paver stones have worked out exceptionally well and a number of the neighbors have commented on how nice they look. They are much easier to clear of snow than the cement was.

I am very satisfied with the work Trio has done and would hire them again.“

At the end of the day's cleanup you didn't even know they were there. Communication was great. They stuck to their timeline and were right on budget. They were more than happy to give advice and do the little additions we would talk about during the course of the job. The Caola's are a local family business and I would highly recommend them! “Brett and his Lan-De-Con team did an incredible job on our hardscape patio design and install this fall. Brett has a real artistic approach about him that we appreciated in the creative design that he came up with. He asked us a good deal of questions about what we wanted, then he took our requests and custom built a patio underneath our deck and porch for a hot tub, outdoor living space and natural gas fireplace.

His team was very pleasant to work with, completed the project well ahead of their listed timeframe and came in at budget. Their price point seemed very competitive with the other bids we received, and Brett let us visit the landscape supply company to pick out our own stone, fireplace surround and trim.

I couldn't speak any higher of Lan-De-Con and see why the Lennar custom homebuilders in our neighborhood have chosen them for their preferred landscape installer. Great job Brett and team. Thank you!“

“Magnolia completed an amazing backyard transformation for us! Our yard is pretty sloped and was terribly overgrown with buckthorn before. Magnolia graded the yard, added boulder outcropping walls to create flat usable grassy areas, and installed granite steps to connect the various levels. Their team also installed bluestone patios. They also refreshed our existing garden beds in the front and side yard that were overgrown with weeds and did some plantings for us. The end result is absolutely stunning. We are so pleased with how it turned out and it's exactly what I had hoped for. Magnolia does a fantastic job of creating refined yet natural outdoor spaces. We highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.“

“Beds and Borders designed and installed a landscape plan for us that touched everything on our property. They basically stripped and replanted the entire yard at our 60 year old home.

The new design included re-grading, numerous trees and shrubs, boulder and paver installation, retaining walls, mulch and sod installation. Jesse coordinated with at least 4 other teams that were working on other projects all at the same time. In some cases he helped pull permits for them and combined work to get something done.

We really appreciated his flexibility and attitude on this. Every time something came up he approached it positively with a can-do attitude.

Our new yard looks gorgeous and we are extremely happy with it. I also feel like they were honest with their pricing. Every time there was a change or amendment they updated our pricing proposal, even if we removed work or material during install. We finally ended up on revision #9 and I feel everything was competitively priced.

I have recommended Beds and Borders to a few friends already, they are the best landscape company I have interacted with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again on anything else.
