“Anyone else received a screen (as pictured) with dire audio that says “you must call the number…” ”Yeah, right…” My uh-oh moment happened just this week.?
Since I’ve had Ernest repair laptops before, I called him. He did a bit of Q&A and said he could likely fix it since I hadn’t “called the number”. Next day, he calls me with “it’s ready to go”. He saved all the data and answered a bunch of questions for me as well. ?
Bottom line, he saved my BOTTOM!!
He’s got talent and patience with empathy for me, as someone with “knowing just enough to be dangerous” with any computer.
