I had an outstanding experience here today. I've had a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G for a little over 3 years now. Eventually though, the phone would no longer allow me to charge it through the USB port.I called Tech Fixers yesterday and within 24 hours, I had a new USB port and a new battery for just under $100. I can now use Android Auto again, and I couldn't be happier to be able to use my phone for a bit longer. I'm definitely going to them the next time I have a tech issue.The detail in which they are willing to describe tech repair is very comforting and interesting. They were even willing to show me my old parts, which made me feel very well taken care of.Also...read full review

I am so glad I chose to get my phone screen fixed here. Zach helped me and he was very efficient having it done in about 1.5 hours but you can tell he knows what he is doing. He answered any questions I had and my phone is looking as good as new!

I'm so happy I tried this place. Zach was so helpful - he helped me address many issues with my phone. I'm already planning on bringing my laptop in. And I told my entire family that this is the place to go for phone, computer, tech issues
