“I spoke with Michael at 930 on 8/28/26. He was able to see me that same day at noon. After 30 minutes of troubleshooting he informed me the pump on my NZXT kraken plus 240 seized up and was no longer working. I brought Michael my old air cooler heat synch. Which he installed and my heating issues went from 90+ down to 37 degrees celsius. Thank you Michael!! You saved me. I can now continue to spread democracy... For Super Earth!”
“Great Experience! will definitely go back! The technician did exactly what he said he would do. He emailed me when the parts came in and told me that my phone (replace screen and battery) will take an hour. Great Friendly Service!!”
“My daughter found John first, She was so happy with his service, price and ease to communicate with.
I called him and he has worked on my laptop several times. It is like a new one.
As a side note, John' Dad was our family lawyer. His sister and mine were friends from K-12 in school. And John and I both worked for CDC reporting to the same guy but John came along 10 years later.
Anyone who is looking for computer repair, I always give them John's name and phone number.
You can't go wrong with John”
