Like many people, I know just enough about technology to be a danger to myself sometimes. Enter Technical Reinforcements--many years ago. They (and "they" know who they are!) have rescued me many times during my PC era, my transition to Mac, and a plethora of other tech issues since then. They know what to do and they do it. Virtually and onsite. They're knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. I appreciate their accessibility and mad skills. Always.

I was in a bind and I needed a quick solution. I had just purchased a new graphics card and didn't realize my power supply was inadequate. I usually just install stuff myself, but I didn't feel comfortable doing this. So I went online, found this place, saw it had very good reviews and it was close by. I stopped by and talked to Clint first and we talked about some options. I could tell from talking to him that he was very knowledgeable and the price he gave me was very reasonable. I've used these guys for over 10 years and they are the BEST. They've fixed crashed computers (on site and remotely), they've installed and set up new computers -- they have never failed to solve a problem and their services are very fairly priced.Today my computer crashed after clicking on a Google Docs link. It would not restart. I called and talked to Suzie, who said, "Turn it off, unplug it for 5 minutes and try again. If it doesn't start, call me back." Well, that did the trick. I'm back in business. Cost: $0. It reconfirmed that I will be their customer for life.
