Huge shout out to Ernest. I called him about a laptop that had died and he talked through it with me. He was quickly able to help me determine that it was a critical error and that I needed a new computer. Rather than try to sell me a service I did not need, he instead provided me with very helpful advice on how to select my next machine.
The fact that he took time out of his day and didn't make a dime off of me speaks highly of his character. My belief is that if he treats a non paying customer this way, then his customer experience for those who truly need his help must be outstanding. He will be my first call if I ever find myself in a similar situation.
Highly recommend! I can’t say enough about this place. We had an expensive gaming laptop that suddenly stopped working. We brought it in not knowing if we should even try to salvage it. Cheetah did a great job explaining options and what made sense in the scheme of computers life cycles. He made every attempt to salvage it. If the attempt did work then we weren’t charged. Great communication, knowledge, and prices. Highly recommend.
