I called FCI for a 2nd opinion after getting a bid for a tile repair that felt really high. It turns out, the original bid misdiagnosed the actual issue and after examining the tile in that bathroom and another that had a similar issue, FCI made the repairs for 20% of what the original bid was. It's nice to have contractors I can trust. I'm already referring them to anyone in my network who needs it. Also notable, as a franchisee-owned business, the owner is involved. He personally came to the initial visit with his team and personally followed up afterwards. I'm in the franchise industry, and can tell you that that kind of involvement means quality work is going to be done. A+. I wish I could give more stars.”
