We’ve been really happy with our experience at Paws n Pals, for boarding in particular. We’ve had 2 dogs board there for a week on two different occasions. Love having the webcam to be able to check in on them, as well as the option for all the add on’s to make their stay more enjoyable. The staff is fantastic. I have complete trust that my pets are well cared for. They do have pretty large play groups which my dogs are thrilled about, and were quick to split up my dogs when they were ganging up to pick on others, so I know they are paying attention.
We are very pleased with Paws & Pals in Prior Lake! Our dog, Lola, has been to daycare at Paws & Pals, as well as extended overnights when we have been out of town or had other committments. Lola enjoys being around the other dogs and getting outdoor and indoor playtime. She adjusts well to her visits and the staff are very caring and attentive to each dog's needs. We feel that it is a treat for her to go there and we finish her visit with a bath and grooming. It's fun to watch the webcams and see how she plays with other dogs! Thank you!
My dog ALWAYS gets excited when I tell him he’s going to daycare. His tail starts wagging the minute he gets out of the car and he greets the staff eagerly. He goes with them without a single glance back. That tells me he’s well cared for. But I also check periodically via live video feed to make sure he’s having fun.
