My treatment plan was thoughtfully designed around my specific injuries and included adjustments, the rolling table, neck and lower back decompression, massage therapy, and SoftWave therapy. Every part of my care felt intentional, and every member of the team played an important role in my recovery.

The massage therapists are phenomenal, and the front desk staff are truly the heart of the office. They’re the same wonderful people who help with decompression treatments, and they’re always kind, welcoming, attentive, and encouraging. Every visit feels personal because they genuinely care about how you’re doing. They also went above and beyond to help me navigate my auto insurance claim, making sure I understood my coverage and handling so much of the process. They even offered to connect me with an attorney if I ran into issues with insurance. Knowing they were advocating for me took so much stress off my shoulders. They also have very reasonable self-pay rates, making exceptional care accessible.

I walked into Eagle Trace unsure whether chiropractic care would really make a difference for me. “I've been coming here for about 6 months. My first massage was with Krystal and I had a $10 off coupon. I joined the monthly membership for $65 or so plus tax and you get 1 monthly massage. The prices have since increased. You also got a chiropractor coupon and 2 guest passes which are $69 massage coupons. Massages are around $85 normally. Poor Krystal had her work cut out for her at my first appt as I was super tense. I've also seen Mary, Trang and someone else who was kinda nosy and did her own massage. I don't schedule with her anymore. There is a sign about tips highly encouraged at 15-20%. I've passed out $20 tips. I no longer get my hair colored and never get my nails done. This is my self care once a month. The massage therapists' schedules are set the first of each month. They don't have online scheduling. Old school call in or schedule at the end or before your appointment. Their waiting room chairs are lacking cushioning. Please replace already.“

I was introduced to Dr McCombs through my personal trainer when I really messed up my lower back. The idea of going to a chiropractor always freaked me out because I don't like the cracking sounds.

Well, that isn't clearly an issue anymore because I have seen Dr McCombs for five years now. He ended up fixing my lower back issue, but I have seen him for a few other things and he is currently helping me with my migraines.
