“I've been struggling with right neck and shoulder pain after a t-bone car accident. Had the full work up with MRI imaging showing neuroforaminal stenosis. For a hot second, I was worried that this was going to be the beginning of chronic unrelenting pain as I've seen so many times in my own patients in the emergency department.
