Today was my first appointment and filling out the initial information, which is totally normal, but also a pain. Thank goodness for my health apps. It's probably not fair, but that's why 4 stars. The office is nice and clean, and staff is friendly. I did sign up for a monthly plan, so I'll likely end up updating this review after more visits.
