I did not have to with Amanda, she was great at using deep pressure to work out all my knots. She was able to release my tension and I left feeling great.I could hear noise outside the room but Amanda was able to turn up the music and I was still able to relax.Will definitely go back and recommend to others.“

Jeremy took me through some mobility exercises I could do along with a reclining angle to try. He does this with heat pads, tems unit, massage, stretching, etc, and when things are loosened up, he makes the adjustment. Nine times out of 10 it's a good adjustment bringing the needed relief.
