I had Will Bauman the service tech come to my house for a schedule AC maintenance service. I will say without a doubt Will Bauman is a super service tech, kept me informed thru out the whole process. He did a fabulous job of checking out all the areas of the AC, ensuring everything was functioning properly mechanically and temperature wise. Will Bauman i have before he has very good communication skills and besides that he is a very friendly person! Never have been disappointed with Burnsville heating and air conditioning.
