I'm not sure this is the rt building but it's the same phone number so I had a tire blow out on county 14 and 191st st and Jamie came out and was amazing! He was quick and polite and I was on my way in 10 mins! Thank you so much and also the lady answering the phone was so sweet she made the event much smoother for me. I'll recommend yall always!
Bob's driver Danny decided to wait for his lunch and come to us and help right away. Thank you Danny and Bob's Towing for thinking of us first. And making sure the vehicle was towed properly even though it took a few minutes extra for hauling. Thank all who were involved in helping me out.
The MN Stare Highway Patrol contacted Bob’s for me when I went in the ditch in the middle of the highway on one of the coldest nights. I felt like Alex was an angel in disguise when he showed up. His response time was very quick. I thought I was going to be there for over an hour based on the conditions but it was only around 15 minutes. He was kind, made me feel safe and was understanding. He told me to stay in the car to stay warm. I truly appreciate everything he did to get me out and on my way. This “First Time Ditch Goer” (and hopefully last) would recommend Bob’s to anyone.
