“Aquarius showed up yesterday to determine the outage of our furnace. at -7° in the morning, the house was getting a little chilly. The furnace had restarted on it's own so the team tracked down the issue and fixed it. They were diligent in their work, they explained all they were doing and were very friendly. Great guys and we appreciate their work.“

“We had an ailing furnace system. When the blower fan finally gave out ($1200 part + labor) we reached out to several local HVAC companies for quotes to replace the system. Of all of them, Naylor was the quickest to get out to provide a quote. They were fair in their pricing. They showed up and did the complete remove/replace in a day. No surprises in the final bill. They got us the necessary paperwork to get a rebate through our electric company. It was all money well spent.

We had an insurance claim on our utility room for water damage and Naylor did a great job putting together a bid for the insurance company to remove/install the furnace system so the flooring could be replaced.

Naylor also gave us a quote for a mini-split for our workshop. Again, pricing was very fair. We had them do the install and it was absolutely flawless. Again, they forwarded the necessary paperwork to Beltrami Electric so we could receive the rebate for the work done. Having the heat/cooling provided by the mini-split in that area has been such a blessing.

Aaron and Ethan at Naylor have been great to work with. Also so happy that Naylor supports local causes to include the Bemidji Area Shooters Association range and Heartland Christian Academy.“

Since they installed our heating system when we built our house, they have been very, very good about responding quickly and servicing the equipment. Last night I had an issue and called them at 7:30 in the evening and left a voice mail and he called me back within an hour or so and was here at 8:30 the next morning.“

“Dicks took great care of us. We had water backups in basement from old broken drain lines and could not use kitchen. They came out for a quote same day and were able to start work within a week. Knowledgeable and professional experience with Matt, gave us a great breakdown of what we needed and what to expect.

Crew kicked butt with the concrete work, had us up and running in a matter of days on a big underground job. They hit an unexpected snag along the way and dealt with it wonderfully. Despite this the bill was right in line with the estimate.

Very professional and courteous. I am so appreciative of their efforts. They even tied stuff in so we could use the sink again before they were actually done with the project.
