Great! Had a water softener go out! Gave Gregg's a call and they came out, took care of it, and it all was easy peasy! Their tech took the time to explain everything and it was wonderful! They also had an inside staff that we could schedule with. Very accommodating as well for scheduling. Couldn't ask for better service or pricing. Highly recommended!@

Great service. The guy that came out to my house was nice and informative. I really appreciated that they were able to come to my house and help so quick. Also when i would call just to ask questions the people that would answer we're very nice and also very helpful.
