Aquarius Home Services, Kinetico has knowledgeable and professional staff who provide efficient and clean installations, attentive customer service, and ensure the systems are working properly. They take the time to explain system setups and answer any questions, creating a positive and friendly experience for their customers. The staff are universally friendly and efficient. One tech persevered for nearly 3 hours, calling colleagues and the Kinetico company for their input, identifying and fixing a problem with a manifold. Another was on time, knowledgeable, explained everything, and answered any questions. An installer was able to work through some challenges in an installation and was very accommodating to customer needs. Customers have been very pleased with installations and results.
