Was told tech was busy but would be here by end of the week. He happened to be in our town on another job and stopped in to address our issue by the end of the day. Great prompt service.
Simply put: Naylor Sales and Service are top notch. We've done 3 installs with them since 2020 in the Park Rapids area and have been extremely satisfied each time. A very professional employee via the phone and when he cameout to trouble shoot our central air unit. Discovered it was the board on the furnace rather quickly.
