Great prompt, honest service with knowledgeable technicians, plus they are locally-owned and operated which is also a bonus! Even without a prior appointment, they have been able to send a service tech to my house the same day I call...if I could have given them 10 stars, I would have.

I ordered an Elite heat pump (to replace another brand of heat pump that had been serviced by another vendor) from Higgins at the end of June and it was installed at the end of July (a timeline which they informed me about ahead of time and I was good with). Their crew installing the unit were easy to work with. I found a very neat and orderly installation. I had asked for a couple of minor requests prior to installation (moving the compressor unit a few feet from the location of the old unit and leaving the old unit for me to salvage). Had a new furnace installed .The sales guy , charlie , was great . He knows his stuff , he's friendly and sold us a new Lennox furnace .The installer was here when they said he would be and put the new furnace in and had it running in a day .I felt comfortable with the installer in our house . Enough so that we had to go to town and left him there alone to work . He seemed honest and trustworthy.I would recommend Higgins heating for your needs . I believe they are a top notch company.
