This was such a stress free replacement. Called because our air conditioning unit went out they were here within the hour… with temps in the upper 90’s could believe what a amazing job the company did within a few hours we had a new furnace ( was an amazing deal) and whole new air conditioning unit it works amazing!!!!! Haris was great to work with. He and Matt at Off the Hook took multiple trips out to our place to figure out an issue with our recently installed AC unit that stopped working during the recent heatwave. He has tons of experience and was able to figure out a faulty wiring issue from the manufacturer. Highly recommended!
