Ashley and Tom made my walk-in experience so easy. I walked in with two pairs of broken glasses. Ashley walked me through my options, helping price out new frames and lenses. Tom found a perfect fit for the lenses from my broken frames, and ended up saving me a ton. This was really important, as I didn't have insurance. Thanks for your time and help!
This was my first time there and it was beautiful.. They accept Medicaid too! The staff was amazing, a decent selection of frames for my coverage, the tests were more thorough then my previous place and the whole facility is super clean including the grand bathroom. I highly suggest this for anyone looking for glasses and those who are looking on Medicaid!
Friendly and polite, no complaints. My one issue that keeps them from getting the full stars is almost everything has to be done via the phone. I have a disability that makes this challenging. While most places have a confirmation call, this is the first time I've had a place threaten to cancel if I didn't return the call. It's 2026, you can book the appointment online, it's kind of wild that there's not more accessibility. That's important to me, so I genuinely don't know if I'll be able to go there in the future, but if that's not an issue, I do recommend them because otherwise, it was quick and easy and without issue.
