I had a straightforward and convenient experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, eye exam was efficient and only took 20 minutes total. Prices for contacts/frames/ lenses all competitive with decent vision insurance.

This place is great! Wonderful selection of frames. The customer service is amazing! I will always use them. I'm never disappointed during my visits. Great atmosphere, great staff, and service is quick. Very little wait time to be seen and helped. I worked with Kristen. Very, very helpful in every aspect! Go see them!

i loved my experience there! there friendly professional and geniune! about 3-4.5 years ago i had my eyes checked at UofM eye institute and trinity healths eye institute(st.joes hospital ann arbor,ypsilanti). all highly trained specialist at both hospitals centers. yet neither 2 hospitals were able to detect, i had major cataracts in both eyes! after i damaged 2 tires on my previous vehicle not once but twice! i finally listened to SVS. i was sent to specialist to OSM. i had appointments 1 month at there Livonia offices and another at there dearborn offices. guess what. i can see much much better!! now i can drive at night and in the rain at night as well!
