The building is very outdated, and an awkward location. Waiting about 35mins after my appt time- Once I was roomed, it seemed to go quickly but after the M.A. is done, they move you to a narrow hallway made even more narrow by chairs on both sides and it was PACKED with other patients. It was not wheelchair or handicap friendly. A gal with a cane struggled to get pass people that were sitting in the from the hall. Altogether it took 2.5 hrs to complete my appt.
Took my 2 year old here for an exam and had an incredible experience. The staff was very punctual, the kids in the waiting area were given activity bags, and the doctor was so good with my daughter who was feeling nervous.
Dr. Bass is an amazing Ophthalmologist. She takes time to get to know her patients and cares about them. In my 6 decades she is by far my favorite eye doctor for her expertise, knowledge, friendliness and compassion .
