I started with the 10 day for $10 beginners package and tried a variety of classes, then I signed back in for another month. I'm an older woman and a true beginner - zero flexibility and terrible balance. In just 2 weeks my balance began to improve. The flexibility is going to take a little longer but I know it will come. I enjoy the peacefulness of yoga and the participants are really nice, non-judgmental and very supportive. In the studio, there are no expectations. The level you are at is the level you are at. I like that I can progress at my own rate and am not intimidated. So far, the only instructor I've had is Patty. She's great and makes very gentle corrections....read full review

Strongheart is an exceptional studio whose owner is fully vested in sharing her vast experience and providing many class types and levels of yoga so that all can join and feel comfortable. In addition, the owner and teachers are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help address any issues or modifications needed to provide each student with individual support to achieve the best yoga experience.

I’ve been going to Strongheart Yoga classes for over a year and my yoga practice has changed my life. I have so much more peace, flexibility and strength and less anxiety and stress. All the teachers are welcoming and you can find a class level that works for you on your yoga journey. I highly recommend checking out classes!!
